How we work together
A clear process means no surprises, just a collaborative project that will have your business set up and growing in no time.

We start by diving deep into your business. You'll fill out a detailed brand questionnaire, give us the full picture and then we take it from there.
We build on your answers with further research and organise everything into a strategy document that defines your brand essence, target audience, USPs, core values, and where you sit in your industry.
Then we run a live strategy workshop together to fine-tune your messaging, clarify your positioning and make sure we're fully aligned before any visual work begins.

With your strategy locked in, we build out two visual concepts that explore different directions for your brand. One concept will typically sit closer to the brief while the other aims to push your imagination a little further than you might have gone alone.
You choose the direction that feels right for your business, then use two rounds of revisions to refine it until it hits the mark.

With your logo concept confirmed, we build out the rest of your brand world. Typography pairings, colour palette, photo styling, and any supporting graphics, everything considered and chosen to work together as a cohesive system.
Once approved, it all gets packaged into a user guide written in plain language, so you and anyone who touches your brand in the future knows exactly how to put it to great use.

Once your brand system is locked in, we send over your files and set you up with a suite of social media base assets so your profiles are ready to go from day one.
From there you can bring us in to roll out your brand across your remaining touchpoints on an ad-hoc basis or through one of our retainer models.
Prefer to handle it yourself? We offer ongoing email support to guide you and give your work a second set of eyes whenever you need it.
