Who is Cate Alice Designs?
Cate Alice Designs is a female-owned jewellery studio creating bespoke keepsakes and sentimental pieces inspired by the ocean and coastal landscapes. Each design is handcrafted by Cate, who draws inspiration from her deep connection to the sea and the stories behind every piece she creates.
After more than 15 years as Entwine Glass Designs, Cate felt it was time to step into something more personal, a brand that carried her own name and reflected her heart. The name Cate Alice honours both her identity and her grandmother, Alice, whose memory continues to inspire her work.
Our Approach
Cate’s rebrand marked a meaningful evolution from an established creative business to a brand that felt truly her own. We set out to capture her soulful connection to the ocean and the emotion behind her craft, designing an identity that feels clean, sophisticated, and quietly feminine.
The visual direction draws inspiration from the gentle movement of waves, with soft tones, elegant typography, and a fluid monogram that nods to both water and connection. Together, these elements create a brand that feels timeless, grounded, and deeply personal, a reflection of Cate’s artistry and the heart she brings to every design.
